I’m freezing! We woke up to our thermometer outside flat lining it was ZERO degrees! So visions on warmth wafted through my head. Just look at that image, tropical breeze, sun, surf and sand!
Last week we had a snowstorm that dumped nearly two feet of snow on us. See those sticks sticking up out of the snow that would be our Forsythia shrubs. Buried right up to the tops and look at that sky, could it get any grayer? (Actually I wish I could copy that gray color for my dining room walls.)
We had to snow blow paths just so Dylan dog could get out and unfortunately tomorrow isn’t going to be any better for us. They’re predicting another foot of snow and to make it even more fun Mother Nature is tossing in a little sleet. HELP! I hope you're enjoying some warmth!

Can you make a cup of tea and curl up with your dog? Your photo is lovely of the pristine white.

Oooooh...image number 1...I would like to be there!!!
Looks so familiar, right down to the your golden's tail (we have one too who has had to also have a trail carved out for him as well) Its nuts and I am over it!
No wonder you're dreaming of sun! But the snow certainly is beautiful too. Vanna
I'm ready for the beach myself. Can only imagine how you feel. Let's get away! Mona
It was dreadful here this morning. Ice everywhere. School cancelled. Totally treacherous! Makes the snow seem a welcome form of precipitation!!
Wow! I'm shivering at the thought of dealing with that kind of weather! We have warmed up some this week-thank goodness! Sending warm thoughts your way:-)
it's a mess out there isn't it?! hope you are staying warm on your side of the mountain!
puppy hugs to Dylan!

Ooooooohh what did you find on Saturday?? I hope you'll share! It must be good if it's mac-n-cheese worthy! *winks*
I am feeling very cheated by our winter...at 9pm on Sunday night it was 80 degrees here in Santa Barbara...nothing to do but give into it and pretend it's summer! At least we had cool weather thru the holidays. I would trade you...at least for a couple of days as I especially love the snow when there is so much of it! So curl up with a big mug of hot chocolate and enjoy.

I hope things are warming up a bit! As a California girl I'm not sure how you deal with all of that snow!
Stay warm!
