Barely there.........

I love settings such as these there’s something about them that draws me into them. These rooms look so calm, so relaxed, so perfect……..

I noticed something about these settings, notice the high ceilings, not just the ceilings but notice the details.....

Without architectural elements you would simply have a room devoid of personally. I love how these rooms don't have a lot of furniture but they lead your eye around the room, they say look at me. What do you think, do you like rooms that are simple but elegant?

Absolutely. Our goal when working with a client from the ground up is to build a home that would be beautiful before you move the first piece in. That's what all of these spaces have in common. Great bones. Thanks for sharing.

I love these rooms, the linen, the light, the floors. Obviously everyone living in these rooms have been robbed of all their magazines, junk mail, dog hair, bits of string and paper, souvenirs, etc. At least that's what would be lying around if I lived there!

Who needs furniture with ambiance like that! Unfortunately, I'm finding architecture can be hard to tuck in after the fact! Trish

Would that we all lived with such great architectural credibility...and I do love the way the architectural elements are left to speak for themselves. Unfortunately, sometimes the only way to give credibility to a weak space is to fill it with furniture and accessories that suggest what the architecture itself lacks. If I had to choose, I would always choose great architecture over furnishings.

I'm loving the architectural elements in these rooms that give them such presence even when bare. I hope you're enjoying being indoors because of the weather:-) XX

Yes, I do love empty rooms if the 'Architektur' is special like in these pictures! Just a few very good pieces, two or three! Unfortunately - not very practical for daily life...

Thanks for charing these beautiful pictures.

Bon weekend
